The four bulletins prepared within one year were published as a book titled 'International Education Reports Summaries and Recommendations'.

Considering the importance of the reports published by international education organizations in decision-making processes related to education, the Department of Educational Research scans the reports published by these organizations in recent years. Education reports that may be relevant to the current education policies of our Ministry are being identified. It is ensured that these reports are published by organizations that have important roles in shaping education policies such as the European Union, European Commission, Council of Europe, United Nations, IEA, OECD, UNESCO, UNICEF, and The World Bank. When selecting the organizations, attention is paid to the fact that they conduct large-scale comparative research covering more than one country and that their research findings are both global and have the potential to affect the education policies of our country. Accordingly, bulletins containing summaries of the reports and policy recommendations shared in the report are prepared. The summaries of the reports focus on key findings and aim to communicate them to relevant stakeholders (educators, policymakers, experts) in an understandable way. The reports' recommendations guide decision-makers and contribute to the development of education policies.

The international education reports in the bulletins are grouped under the themes of Equal Opportunities in Education, Education Management, Education in Crises and Emergencies, Education and the Future, Digitalization in Education, and Studies on Disciplines. These bulletins published by the Board of Education are published quarterly to cover the current research of national and international education organizations. Accordingly, 35 reports were summarized within the scope of the first bulletin and published on 08.09.2023, 20 reports were summarized within the scope of the second bulletin and published on 12.12.2023, 20 reports were summarized within the scope of the third bulletin and published on 05.03.2024, and 20 reports were summarized within the scope of the fourth bulletin and published on 13.06.2024. The four bulletins prepared in one year were published as a book titled 'International Education Reports Summary and Recommendations'. Through the prepared international education reports, educational trends, challenges, and best practices around the world are revealed, providing the reader with an international perspective.
