At the conference, institutions working in the field of language education in Turkey and abroad, relevant units of the Ministry of National Education, academicians and teachers will present examples of best practices in language education.
The conference, organized within the scope of the Development of Foreign Language Education (YADEG) Project, which is supported by the Presidential Strategy and Budget Presidency and carried out by our Presidency, aims to publicize the work of teachers and academics who catch up with the current advancements in Turkish and language education, benefit from technological developments and produce new ideas, and to disseminate best practices in our education system. In addition, methods that enable teachers to teach, evaluate and communicate more effectively with students will be shared.
Oral and poster presentations on innovative and exploratory best practices will be presented at the "Best Practices in Turkish and Language Education Conference" on May 22-24, 2024 in Ankara. An abstract book of the presentations will be published before the conference and a proceedings book will be published after the conference.
Best practices in language education are defined as original studies that offer a solution to a problem encountered in the language learning, teaching and assessment process in the classroom environment and create an objectively measurable change after the relevant solution is implemented, based on scientific grounds, ethics and participation.
