The review and evaluation processes of the draft coursebooks applied for JAN 2023 Period have been completed and the results have been released to the applicants as of 02/06/2023.

The application result report can be accessed from the Draft Book Application - My Applications section through the book review system. From this section, you can view the application result report of your draft coursebook, access the details of the pages corresponding to the errors and print it. A separate report will not be sent to you. While the findings stated in the final report constitute a sufficient basis and basis for the decision about the draft book, it does not mean that there are no other errors and/or deficiencies in the draft book.

Within 30 days from the notification of the evaluation result of the accepted books, even if it is not specified in the review/evaluation report, it is obliged to make the final readings in the ready-to-print copy to be delivered, and to eliminate all kinds of spelling, expression and content errors and deficiencies. In order for the corrections to be evaluated by our Presidency, an appointment should be made by calling 0312 413 43 43 /4353 (internal).

Applicants can object to the Board Decision and the final report of the draft coursebook within 15 days following the notification of the results within the scope of the eighth paragraph of Article 19 of the Ministry of National Education Coursebooks and Educational Tools Regulation.
